Frances Zaragoza is an Escrow Officer for Roman Law Firm, P.C., affiliated with Stewart Title Company. Ms. Zaragoza began her career in the title industry in 1987 with First American Title in Arizona, within Account Services. She was later promoted into several positions to include commercial escrow officer, trust officer, and foreclosures officer.

Her main focus is in commercial transactions, but she also has extensive experience in residential, construction and loan closings. Ms. Zaragoza is fluent in Spanish and acts as a translator for bilingual closings.
