Billy Proctor is an Escrow Assistant for Roman Law Firm, P.C., affiliated with Stewart Title Company. Mr. Proctor began his career with Stewart Title Company in 2011 after working for Prudential Premier Properties real estate brokerage company with offices in Houston, Lake Jackson, and Pearland. Billy brings a vast amount of business management knowledge and experience to the Roman Law Firm/Stewart Title team.

He is currently working on his Associates degree for Business Management at University of Houston.
